TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Undelivered Treasure through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read the relevant product description before purchasing.

1. NATURE OF OUR STOCK

Undelivered Treasure specialises in liquidation, customer returns, clearance, surplus and untested stock.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product listing, items are supplied in the condition in which we receive them from our returns and liquidation supply chain and are not individually tested, graded or inspected by us.

Products may include:

• New or unused items
• Opened or previously handled items
• Customer returns
• Items with damaged or missing packaging
• Items with cosmetic marks or damage
• Items missing accessories, chargers, manuals or parts
• Incomplete items
• Faulty or non-working items

Customers purchasing these products acknowledge that the condition of individual items can vary and that receiving faulty, incomplete or non-working products is a known possibility where this is stated in the product description.

2. MYSTERY / TREASURE BOXES

Mystery and Treasure Boxes contain a selection from our available stock.

Unless specifically stated on the relevant product page, we do not guarantee any particular item, brand, model, category, quantity, weight, condition or retail value.

Product photographs and videos may show examples of stock previously available and are for illustrative purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a Mystery or Treasure Box does not guarantee that products shown in promotional content will be included in your order.

3. TECH & RESELLER BOXES

Tech and Reseller Boxes may contain mixed electronics, gadgets, accessories and other stock intended for customers who understand the nature of liquidation and returns inventory.

Unless specifically described as tested or working, electrical products should be treated as UNTESTED and may be faulty, incomplete or require repair.

Where a Reseller Box is advertised with a minimum combined retail value, this refers to our reasonable reference retail value of the products included at the time the box is prepared.

Retail value does not mean guaranteed resale value. We do not guarantee that you will sell the products for that amount, that every item will sell, or that you will make a profit.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud or where we are unable to fulfil the order.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us promptly if a parcel arrives visibly damaged or if you believe items have been damaged during transit.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies to an order consisting of a mixed box, the box and its contents should be returned together. Customers should not retain selected contents while seeking a cancellation refund for the complete box.

7. PRODUCT CONDITION

Where a listing clearly states that goods are customer returns, liquidation stock, untested, potentially incomplete or potentially faulty, these disclosed characteristics form part of the description of the goods.

A product being faulty or incomplete does not automatically mean that the overall box differs from its description where the possibility of such condition was clearly disclosed before purchase.

This does not affect any statutory rights relating to goods that are materially different from their description or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. RESALE

Customers are responsible for complying with any laws, marketplace rules, safety requirements, product restrictions and disclosure obligations that apply if they choose to resell products purchased from us.

Undelivered Treasure does not guarantee resale demand, resale price or profit.

9. LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the resale or attempted resale of products purchased from us.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
