IMPORTANT – NATURE OF OUR STOCK

Undelivered Treasure specialises in liquidation, customer returns, clearance, surplus and untested stock.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, items contained within our Treasure Boxes and Reseller Boxes have not been individually tested by us.

Stock is supplied in the condition in which we receive it from our liquidation and returns supply chain.

Items may therefore include products that are:

• New or unused
• Opened or previously handled
• Customer returns
• Missing original packaging
• Missing accessories, chargers, manuals or parts
• Cosmetically marked or damaged
• Incomplete
• Faulty or non-working

The possibility of receiving faulty, incomplete or non-working items forms part of the product description and nature of the mixed returns stock being purchased.

We do not individually test, grade or inspect every item unless specifically stated otherwise.

MYSTERY BOXES

Contents are selected from our available mixed stock and will vary from box to box. No particular item, brand, quantity, weight, condition or retail value is guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product page.

Receiving a mixture of conditions, including faulty or incomplete items, is not by itself evidence that the box has been supplied incorrectly, where this was clearly disclosed before purchase.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.

As these products are sold online, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. If exercising this right, the complete box and all contents supplied with it must be returned.

Customers must not selectively return individual unwanted or faulty items from a mixed box while retaining the remainder when exercising the cancellation right for the box as a whole.

Unless the goods are materially different from their description or another statutory remedy applies, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

NOT AS DESCRIBED / SHIPPING DAMAGE

If you believe the box you received is materially different from its description, or your parcel was damaged during delivery, contact us with your order number and clear photographs/video and we will investigate.

Please understand the nature of liquidation and customer-return stock before purchasing. If you require guaranteed new, fully tested retail products, our mixed returns boxes may not be suitable for you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
